Features: fruits separating into mericarps; ovate; with carpophore bifid to the base; beak absent; mericarps homomorphic; glabrous or sparsely pubescent all over; 8.0-10.5 mm long; 4.0-6.0 mm broad; slightly compressed dorsally; with primary ribs; all primary ribs equal, thickened; mericarp ribs straight; with entire margin; calyx teeth obsolete; stylopodia low conical; styles medium; recurved; cell borders indistinct; surface longitudinally rugate; cuticle striate with straight striae; exocarp cells small; commissure broad, exocarp interrupted near edges of marginal ribs; inner fibrous mesocarp obsolete; most of mesocarp composed of cells with lignified pitted walls; vascular bundles compact; situated in primary rib bases; vittae cyclic; rib sectetory ducts small, present in all ribs; endocarp not lignified; endosperm flat, slightly convex or slightly concave on commissural side; embryo with two cotyledons.

Note: СЭМ: На всей поверхности плода границы клеток неразличимы, поверхность продольно морщинистая со струйчатой кутикулой; имеются продольные гребешки (будто продольно сплюснутые небольшие пузыри) с бугорчатой кутикулой. Редкие сильно сплюснутые тонкостенные (лентовидные) волоски с тупой верхушкой.
